You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you would like to return it, for any reason. Start your return at crepsuk.com/pages/returns: answer a few questions and print your returns slip. The item then needs to reach us within 14 days of your request.

Please return the item in the condition you received it, with all tags, packaging, box, dust bag and receipt. You are welcome to examine an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been worn or used beyond that.

Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every piece is inspected by our team when it arrives with us and again before it is dispatched. We check the leather, stitching, hardware, stamps and codes against the house's own standards, along with the condition and any box, dust bag and receipt that accompany it.
