Photographs, the exact specification and a price, before you commit to anything.

Confirm and pay
New clients pay in full when they confirm. Returning clients pay a deposit.

Checked, then delivered
Every piece is inspected by our team in London and checked with Entrupy, and Hermès pieces come with a Bababebi certificate. Then it is sent tracked and insured.
Typical lead time: 7 working days from confirmation.
Questions
How long does sourcing take?
Usually around 7 working days from confirmation. Very specific or rare requests can take longer, and we tell you up front.
How do I pay?
New clients pay in full when they confirm the piece. Returning clients pay a deposit, with the balance before dispatch.
How do you know it is authentic?
Every piece is inspected by our team and independently checked with Entrupy. Hermès pieces also come with a Bababebi certificate of authenticity.
Can I return a sourced piece?
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. The piece must come back unworn with all tags, packaging and certificates, at your cost, and we may reduce the refund if it has been used or anything is missing.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Message us for timings and costs to your country. Selected pieces are also available for same-day delivery in London on request.
