Shipping

UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Every order is sent tracked and insured, with signature on delivery, via DPD or DHL.

We dispatch on working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed late on a Friday or over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.

All parcels carry an "if undelivered" address, used only if a parcel cannot be delivered or is lost in transit. Please do not use this address to send a return; email us for return instructions instead.

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Once a parcel has left us, we cannot be responsible for it being redirected to a different address or collection locker.

International orders

International delivery is available. Please contact us for delivery times to your country. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. If you would like an estimate before ordering, please contact us.

When returning an item from outside the UK, please mark the parcel as "returned goods" so it is not held at customs. We are not responsible for charges caused by incorrect paperwork.
