You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, for any reason. Answer a few questions and your returns slip appears straight away, with everything you need to send it back.
No printer? Write your order number and return reference on paper, put it in the box, and copy the address onto the parcel.

What to put in the box
- The item, in the condition you received it
- All tags, still attached
- The original box, dust bag and any accessories (strap, padlock, keys, raincover, ribbon)
- Any cards, booklets and receipt
- Authenticity certificate, if your item came with one (including the Bababebi certificate on Hermès pieces)

Returns without their packaging, tags or certificate may receive a reduced refund.
How to send it
- Put the original box inside a plain, sturdy outer box. Do not write on, or tape, the original box.
- Put this slip inside, on top of the item.
- Cut out the address label below and stick it to the outer box.
- Email your tracking number to info@crepsuk.com, quoting .
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we email you. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days, including the original standard delivery charge.
