A compact black flap from Chanel in grained shiny calfskin, finished with gold-tone metal and designed to move between two roles: held in the hand as a clutch, or worn on its leather strap when the evening calls for free hands. Please return the item in the condition you received it, with all tags, packaging, box, dust bag and receipt. You are welcome to examine an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been worn or used beyond that.

Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every piece is inspected by our team when it arrives with us and again before it is dispatched. We check the leather, stitching, hardware, stamps and codes against the house's own standards, along with the condition and any box, dust bag and receipt that accompany it.
