The Chanel 25 is one of the house's newest signatures, joining a family of numbered bags that began with the 2.55, named for February 1955, and continued with the 19. This small version is a relaxed, slouchier silhouette that sits comfortably on the shoulder and suits days that move from lunch to the evening without a change of bag.

The colour does much of the talking here. Dark burgundy reads close to claret in low light and warms considerably in daylight, a shade that pairs as easily with camel and navy as it does with black. Grained shiny calfskin gives the surface a subtle lustre with a little texture underhand, and the gold-tone metal adds warmth against the deep red. Please return the item in the condition you received it, with all tags, packaging, box, dust bag and receipt. You are welcome to examine an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been worn or used beyond that.

Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every piece is inspected by our team when it arrives with us and again before it is dispatched. We check the leather, stitching, hardware, stamps and codes against the house's own standards, along with the condition and any box, dust bag and receipt that accompany it.
