A messenger in the Goyard manner, the Capetien MM is made for the client who carries the day's essentials across the body and prefers to do so quietly. In the Jet Black edition, the house's Goyardine canvas is dressed in deep black and grey, so the chevron pattern shows itself at close range and recedes at a distance. It sits as comfortably over a dark overcoat in January as it does with a plain white shirt in July.

This 2024 exclusive limited edition is lined in red, a reference to the special order trunks Goyard produced for its clients in the 1930s. The detail is a fitting one for a house founded in Paris in 1853 as a trunk maker, and whose Goyardine canvas, developed in the late nineteenth century, remains its most recognisable signature. The result is a piece that looks restrained from the outside and rewards whoever opens it.

Please return the item in the condition you received it, with all tags, packaging, box, dust bag and receipt. You are welcome to examine an item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been worn or used beyond that.

Once we have received and checked the item, we will refund you, including the original standard delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every piece is inspected by our team when it arrives with us and again before it is dispatched. We check the leather, stitching, hardware, stamps and codes against the house's own standards, along with the condition and any box, dust bag and receipt that accompany it.
