The Kelly Messenger PM takes the Kelly's flap, straps and sangles and puts them on a crossbody strap, so the most recognisable shape at Hermès can be worn hands-free. In Noir with palladium hardware, it is the version that goes with everything: black tailoring, weekend denim, an evening coat.

Togo calfskin has a pebbled grain that keeps its shape and shrugs off everyday scuffs. The adjustable strap wears crossbody or on the shoulder, and the interior is lined in tonal leather.
